Jane Lock she/her

Jane is a high growth leader who has taken four start-ups from Series A to Series C,  and profitability. Jane typically assists founders with growing teams and leaders in companies with as few as 25 to 1,000 employees in the United States, all within the behavioral healthcare industry.  Her success as a people leader is recognizing and working towards what’s right, balancing ethics, responsibility, collaboration and innovation.  Jane has built the HR function from the ground up, scaled teams, technology, compliance and process to drive growth.  Jane uses a common-sense approach in solving complex issues in a diverse workforce.

Prior to joining Bicycle Health, Jane held leadership roles with Connections Health Solutions, Constellation Behavioral Health, Alta Mira Recovery Programs, Bridges to Recovery, BrightQuest Treatment Centers - San Diego and BrightQuest Treatment Center - Nashville.
